Electric Mountainboard Hanger for front and rear spring trucks.

Made from heat treated aluminium it gives secure attachment for the motor mount.

The E-MTB Savage has weight saving holes and upgraded heat treated CRMO steel axles making it the best hanger there is in the Trampa range.

It also benefits from two possible spring positions depending on whether you prefer tighter or looser steering.

BUILT FOR IMPACTS

With 12mm Chromoly Steel Axles this hanger is designed specifically for the most bruising rides. Chromoly Steel has excellent corrosion resistance properties and an exceptional strength to weight ratio.

RE-ENFORCED WITH A SUPPORT BAR

As well as having thickened uprights, the centre of the hanger is strengthened by a ‘Support Bar’ to prevent the sides from pulling in. If that wasn’t enough strength: the truck is CNC Milled from a solid block of Aluminium!

The Trampa E-MTB Savage Hanger is designed for riders looking for a heavy-duty spring truck hanger. Manufactured as a solid CNC-machined piece, it is a wider, reinforced version of the original Infinity, Vertigo and Ultimate spring truck hangers.

Reinforced CNC-Machined Construction

The Savage Hanger features a solid, beefed-up design with additional reinforcement around the kingpin area. It is slightly wider than the original Trampa spring truck hangers, measuring 16.5 inches overall.

Solid 12mm Chrome Moly Steel Axles

The hanger comes factory-fitted with solid 12mm chrome molybdenum (CR-MO) steel axles.

Chrome moly steel offers:

  • Excellent hardenability and high toughness.

  • Good weldability and fabrication properties.

  • Resistance to corrosion and oxidation.

Compatibility

The Savage Hanger is compatible with:

  • All Trampa spring truck baseplates.

  • All Trampa spring truck motor mounts.

Which Battery Pack?

We make battery packs for both Li-Po & Li-Ion cells.  The (S) stands for Series - adding cells in series increases voltage, The (P) stands for Parallel - adding cells in parallel increases capacity.

Li-Po: These cells are more expensive, however you may consider them worth it because they have less components and therefore provide easy plug and play capability as well as making it possible to do a quick battery swap. Li-Po cells also have a higher discharge performance than the Li-ion packs. 

Li-ion:  Individual cells means that you have a serviceable battery pack, swapping out only the individual cells should they be damaged. These cell packs require some electrical knowledge.  

We suggest that if you have limited electrical knowledge that you choose Li-Po batteries for their ease.
