Able to turn (Carve) tighter than anything else on the market, while being packed with the same high performance equipment as an electric mountainboard, this board offers a whole new riding experience!
Being able to fit Stickies, Gummies & Pneumatic Tyres (standard tyres up to 7″), this Carve Board is essentially 3 boards in 1, with each providing an entirely different road feel!
Carve Boards come as standard with a rear mounted Beast Battery Box, with choices between 6.2Ah, 12Ah & 16Ah. Rear mounting means that the deck doesn’t loose any of its flex or ‘pop’ while leaving space for 100% free foot placement
Motors come with a choice of single or twin motors, single motors are cheaper, around 1kg lighter & can reach the same top speed, however the twin motors provide a significant increase in grip, acceleration & braking, as well a reducing the running temperature of the motors
Long enough to feel substantial and stable beneath your feet at feet, while also remaining small enough to take on public transport
For Decks there’s a choice between the Carveboard Solid Deck and the Holy Pro with its cutouts and 150g reduced weight. Both have the same profile using 35 degree tips and measuring 850mm tip to tip

The (S) stands for Series - adding cells in series increases voltage, The (P) stands for Parallel - adding cells in parallel increases capacity.
A higher voltage will take you faster and higher capacity will take you further. See the table below for further comparison:.

Li-Po: These cells are more expensive, however you may consider them worth it because they have less components and therefore provide easy plug and play capability as well as making it possible to do a quick battery swap. Li-Po cells also have a higher discharge performance than the Li-ion packs.
Li-ion: Individual cells means that you have a serviceable battery pack, swapping out only the individual cells should they be damaged. These cell packs require some electrical knowledge.
We suggest that if you have limited electrical knowledge that you choose Li-Po batteries for their ease.

VESC6 Mk6 HP – Quite simply a higher powered version of the VESC6 Mk6, with the same trusted reliability and ease of control. Why High Power? Because the mosfets in the HP allow more amps to run through.
VESC6 Mk6 – An incredibly reliable and high performing compact speed controller, used by over 2000 companies in many other applications across the world
VESC 6/75 – If you are using a 16s Battery Pack to power your mountainboard this controller will automatically be selected to handle the higher voltage.
Choose your Trucks according to your ride style. E-MTB Spring Trucks or IR Trucks?
Spring Trucks are the classic mountainboard truck with a centred kingpin and springs or barrels to help with leaning.
Both Springs and Barrels can be adjusted to your riding ability: Springs have Dampas with shore ratings and Barrels have varying weight retainers for stiffer/looser turning. Springs offer greater stability at speed but stiffer steering on turns compared to the Barrels. You can further fine tune adjust with our spring adjusters.

IR Trucks are the widest hangers we make, this allows the bigger motors and the wider stance on your board. IR Trucks give more of a skateboard style feel to the ride due to the Double King Pin and bushings which give super easy carving. Easily changeable bushings can be tuned to your ride style with our bushings selection. The IR Truck is a bit heavier.
Base Plates – spring trucks have 4 adjustment holes, allowing you to fine tune the carve setting. The inside setting is for easy carving but will have more wobble. The outside holes offer better stability but stiffer steering.

Wheel Support Spacers – used to position Trampa wheels when mounting onto spring trucks.
Kingpin Bushings & Reinforcement Rings – have varying base depths to make a precise fit for baseplate to hanger fit.
Bushings & Dampas – are rated by shore, the lowest shore gives the loosest carving. The higher the shore the stiffer the steering.
Spring Adjusters – using a 4mm Allen Key you can quickly and easily adjust the resistance of your steering. Winding clockwise increases resistence which restricts speed wobble at high speed. Winding anticlockwise will loosen the steering and allow more carving. Do not over tighten your adjuster as this can crush your Dampa. If you need more resistance upgrade your Dampa instead.
Barrel Retainers – are supplied in 4mm as standard (10 colours available). To increase resistance increase your barrel retainer size to 5, 6 or even 7mm.

Belt Drives – A Belt Drive gearing system is comprised of a Motor Pulley, a Slave Pulley, a reinforced rubber Transmission Belt and a Tension Roller. Please note in all cases we pre-select the Slave Pulley for you based on your wheel size choice, FYI the Pulley to Wheel Size Chart is:

Spacers come in different lengths and diamenters depending on the truck and wheels you are choosing. The correct spacers will be included in your order automatically.
Wheel Support Spacers – fits between the truck and the wheel and is used to position wheels onto trucks.
Internal Bearing Support Spacers – this spacer is hidden within the wheel between the two bearings.
Spoke Support Conversion Spacers – black aluminium spacer that increase the diameter of the 608 bearing (8mm) to fit to Superstar & Megastar wheels.
